Feature Highlights July – November 2019

  • In the Order Search screen you now have the ability to search by Payment Type, look for the Mode dropdown box
  • Reports – a new PLU Analysis Report has been added, this enables you to analyse if one-time specials or offers have resulted in a lift in your average order value
  • Assembly Payments integration (Westpac EFTPOS system)
  • Quick Sale feature allowing users to complete a sale without having to select a menu item
  • Docket Settings allows users to change the docket display and see the example in real-time

Online Ordering

Feature Highlights July – November 2019

  • Displayed under My Account is the new Track your order button which allows customers to track the status of their order (stores must subscribe to our Driver Tracking App for this feature to be enabled)
  • We now support E-Commerce Tracking in Google Analytics (stores must have their own Google Analytics account to utilise this feature)
  • Users can now login to their Online Ordering account using their mobile phone number
  • Updated checkout screen includes Order Summary and Order Status
  • Mobile EFTPOS – now available is the ability to offer mobile EFTPOS as a payment option for deliveries. To activate this feature go to cloud.deliverit.com.au select Online Ordering Admin | Settings | Payment Options and under Payment Settings tick Allow Mobile EFTPOS
  • For clients using our Online Ordering don’t forget to update your Christmas & New Year trading hours, to do this go to cloud.deliverit.com.au select Online Ordering Admin | Settings | Trading Hours, select your dates on the calendar and save.

  • DPos Cloud App
    Clients using our Cloud Reporting solution can now get real-time customer, order and sales data anywhere, anytime with the Dpos Cloud App.  Download free from the Google Play or App Store today, just search for Dpos Cloud.
  • Online Chat
    Now available in our Cloud Reporting is Online Chat, to chat with one of our support consultants simply login into your cloud account.
  • Weekly Performance Report
    We have recently developed a Weekly Performance Report to help you monitor your stores sales performance on a week by week basis, to automatically receive this report you will need to log into your Cloud Reporting, opt-in and enter your preferred email address.
